RIBFEST:

May 22-25 – mark your calendars for this fabulous event!  The General Assembly is working closely with the Ribfest organizers.  Security will be on-site 24/7 during the event and will be provided by the St. Charles City Police Department (required by the NTGA) and paid for by Ribfest.  The organizers are very excited to come to New Town & we will be holding a “Ribfest” meeting in the Town Hall on Thursday, April 2nd at 7:00 pm.  Please call the GA with any questions at 636.916.2085.

MAINTENANCE:

Signage is being updated around the lakes and a new sign or two is being added as well.  The air bladder has been removed between the front lake & the Gateway Lake at Hempstead and the lakes have been filled.  Excess dirt/mud will be removed from the Gateway Lake Canal area that accumulated during the time the air bladder was installed.

Christmas Decorations should be removed by February 10th.

Trash cans should not be left out prior to Monday night (trash collection is on Tuesday), and they should be stored out of site by Wednesday morning.  This applies to all residences in New Town (single family and live/work units).  We appreciate your cooperation.
