🌸 Spring Updates & Community Reminders 🌿

Hello Neighbors,

Spring is finally here, and we’re excited to welcome the new season with some great updates and a few friendly reminders for our community!

🌷 What’s Happening Around New Town

  • The Chapel Playground is getting some attention! We’ve made temporary repairs to the rope ladder and bridge while we wait for new materials to arrive.
  • Pool prep is underway for summer, including replacing the kiddie pool padding so it’s ready for everyone to enjoy.
  • The Barter Street trees that were removed last year are scheduled to be replanted. Greenery is on the way back!
  • We’re tackling extensive paver repairs throughout the community:
    • Repairs/replacements near kiosks and along Rue Royale St
    • Rebuilding the paver wall next to the Chapel on Domain St
    • Removing the paver wall in the Hempstead courtyard
  • And some exciting news… the Triangle Park stage has officially been repaired! 🎉 (We know this has been a long time coming!)

🌦️ Seasonal Reminder
With spring weather comes changing conditions, including storms and strong winds that can blow debris around. We kindly ask everyone to help keep New Town looking its best by picking up around your property. Our NTGA maintenance team will continue to care for common areas, and together we can keep our community clean, welcoming, and beautiful for all.

🏡 Home Appearance & Lawn Care
As we move into warmer weather, please stay on top of lawn care and exterior upkeep. Maintaining a neat and pleasant appearance is part of New Town’s rules and helps keep our neighborhood looking its best. Homes that fall behind may receive a violation notice.

🚫 Friendly Reminder
Kayaks, rafts, and other flotation devices are not permitted to be stored on the lakes.

Thank you all for being a part of what makes New Town such a wonderful place to live. Let’s enjoy the season together!
