📦 Package Delivery Reminder: USPS & Amazon Deliveries in New Town

We’ve recently received concerns regarding packages not being delivered as expected, particularly those handled by USPS and Amazon. Please review the following important information to help ensure your deliveries arrive safely and on time.

In cases where an Amazon package being delivered via USPS does not arrive, Amazon customer service has confirmed they want to be notified.  If USPS fails to deliver Amazon parcels directly to the front porch of the addressee, they would appreciate residents reporting the issue.

Residents are encouraged to contact all senders of parcels when USPS fails to honor their postage agreement with the sender.
