New Town will begin general repairs and protective staining of the Greensmith Stage this week. During this time, the stage will be closed while repairs, staining, and curing are completed.
The Greensmith Stage project is expected to take approximately four (4) weeks. (Weather Permitting)
Following the completion of Greensmith Stage, the same maintenance work will continue at Stowe Landing.
Please Note: Reed Crossing Playground will remain closed until further notice as the Board of Governors and the Parks Committee continue working together to finalize plans for the future of this area.
During the Greensmith Stage closure, the following playgrounds will remain open for resident use:
- Chapel Playground
- Animal Park
- Stowe Landing Playground
- Rector Park
- Triangle Park
