The General Assembly is proud to announce a partnership with GCI Security for 2018.
Starting early this month GCI Security will be patrolling by marked car or golf cart during events and at various times throughout the week and weekends.
GCI Security is excited to meet, interact and learn more about the community!
As a reminder, the primary role of GCI Security is to monitor and patrol New Town Common Areas. Taking that into consideration, please contact the General Assembly during normal business hours to report any Common Area concerns. If you would like to report a concern after 5:30pm (weekdays), or on weekends, please contact GCI Security hotline at (314) 531-1500. Keep in mind security personnel are not always on duty. In the event security is not scheduled, please contact the DNI Properties After Hours Emergency Line at (833) 280-9350, or the St. Charles Police Department.
Likewise, please continue to contact the St. Charles Police Department for instances on your personal lot and/or vandalism, crime, etc. and as always call 911 in an emergency situation!
