We are excited to announce some improvements taking place within our Community! Over the past few weeks, we have been working on enhancing the cleanliness and appearance of New Town.
What’s been accomplished and what’s in Progress:
- New Trees: On North and South New Town Ave new trees have been planted where old trees were removed. This is still in progress and you will continue to see new trees being planted.
- Power Washing: The pavers, canal stairs, retaining walls and Amphitheater have received a thorough cleaning, removing built-up dirt, grime, and unsightly stains. This will continue into next week.
- Freshened Building Exteriors: The exterior of town hall has undergone a revitalization process with a full EIFS repair and power washing. The Kiosk at the Amphitheater have had some exterior repairs and power washing as well.
- Renewed Public Spaces: The Town Hall shared public spaces, including park benches, tables, chairs and railing have been clean and repaired. We will be making our way around the community continuing to improve Public Spaces.
What’s Next
- Animal Park Bathroom: Will be opening soon with the addition of cameras and new key fob reader! More details to come upon opening.
- Parks and Playhouse Repairs: Will be repaired and refreshed this year.
