We would like to remind all homeowners of the New Town Rules & Regulations regarding temporary and holiday decorations.
Per Section 4.03(H) of the Rules & Regulations, holiday decorations:
- May not be installed more than 45 days prior to a holiday
- Must be removed within 30 days following the holiday
- May not remain on any Lot or on the exterior of any Improvements for more than 75 consecutive days in a calendar year
If holiday decorations remain displayed beyond the allowed timeframe, this may result in a violation notice.
Please take a moment to walk your property and ensure that any remaining holiday or seasonal decorations have been removed. This helps maintain the appearance of the community and ensures compliance with community standards.
