Exciting Staff Announcements at the General Assembly!

New Town at St. Charles has been experiencing significant growth and will continue to in the coming years.  The new additions will bring new challenges and opportunities for the General Assembly. Accordingly, this forthcoming expansion will require additional oversight from and administrative and management perspective as we look ahead into the next few years.

With that said, I am pleased to announce that Lesley Landreth is stepping into the role of Administrative Support Manager for New Town at St. Charles.  Lesley will continue to handle many of her current duties related to daily administrative office operations at New Town. Lesley in an integral part of the team and as the amount of homes increases so will her tasks, please be sure to say hello to Lesley and congratulate her on becoming the head of administration at New Town!

While Lesley is leaving big shoes to fill, we fortunately found the perfect candidate to fill them.  I am very happy to welcome our newest member to the team, Taylor Hauser!  Taylor will be the (new) New Town Assistant Community Manager and I trust she will hit the ground running.  She brings a wealth of property management experience and a strong skill set from her previous positions, which will undoubtedly make her a valuable addition to our team.  Please say hello to Taylor and welcome her to New Town!

We are excited for this transition as it will provide the proper structure for future success at New Town and look forward to seeing Lesley and Taylor thrive in their new roles.
