Reminder about golf carts in New Town.
Drivers must be 16 years of age or older with a valid drivers license and proper insurance. Drivers must not be intoxicated or drive carelessly.
Please do not drive golf carts on sidewalks or walking paths.
While in operation, golf must not exceed 35mph. Golf carts must have functioning brakes, headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, a seatbelt for each seating position, a horn and at least one rearview mirror.

Turning on your headlights at (or before) dusk would be helpful for others to see you on New Town streets.
