My name is Jennifer Morningstar, I have been assigned as your new Community Manager at New Town at St. Charles. My goal as your Community Manager is to provide the Board and community members with quality customer service, clear and frequent communication, and to ensure that that the property in New Town is maintained at a first-class level. I am confident that by working together we can create an environment that enhances the community and promotes rising property values.
My husband and I recently moved to Missouri from southern Arizona to be closer to family. In Arizona, my team and I provided leisure education and recreation opportunities (both active and passive) for a community of nearly 24,000 people.
Over the last few weeks, I have been becoming familiar with New Town operations so that I can help to serve the needs of the community and make this transition as seamless as possible. I have toured the community several times, and have met several residents that I’ve found engaging and welcoming along the way.
I am very excited for the opportunity to manage New Town and look forward to working with members of the community and the Board for the benefit of everyone.
