Hello New Town Residents,
We currently have several projects that we wanted to make you aware of:
Shire Lane Pool – The lazy river has been sandblasted and freshly painted. Security cameras are in the process of being installed. New inner tubes for the season have been purchased and the deck is in the process of being power washed. A new roof was also installed on the main pool house.
Blue Agave Pool – New patio furniture has been purchased. Security cameras are in the process of being installed.
Amphitheater – The kiosks and surrounding area have all been power washed in preparation of the upcoming event season. All of the benches have also been repaired, freshly painted and secured. A new tent was purchased and installed by New Town Events, they also facilitated the power washing of the stage.
Bocce Ball Court – New oyster shells have been laid and the court has been raked.
Banner Way and Rue Royale Way – Paving projects will begin around June 1st.
Flowers have been installed all throughout New Town and the irrigation system is up and running.
The NTGA is working on power washing the majority of Rue Royale – the NTGA and Marsala’s have been completed and we are working our way down the street.
We have a new maintenance staff that has been hard at work. If you see Mike, Mike or Drake around be sure to say hi!
Our irrigation and landscaping team is also hard at work, if you see our new hire James or Chris who has been with us 20+ years say hello!

NTGA
