1:00 PM – Golf Cart Parade (line up at St. Charles Christian Church at 12:45)
♀️ 1:30 PM – Children’s Costume Parade in the Amphitheater
1:45 PM – Trick-or-Treating at participating New Town businesses
3:00 PM – Trunk or Treat in the Amphitheater Circle
