The General Assembly is pleased to announce that we are currently in the process of finalizing a transition to electronic pool pass processing through the NTGA website. This exciting transition will assist in expediting pool pass processing due to delays this season, and will look to supplement the existing system moving forward in future seasons. Detailed instructions will be announced once the platform has been finalized and operational. We encourage residents to use this new electronic system to limit the administrative load and expedite the process. Options for office submission will still be available as necessary with special instructions to be announced. In closing, we thank you for your patience in this matter as we look forward to implementing this new system, and will release pool pass processing instructions for the 2020 season with the next update.
