Before starting this form, please make sure you have the following:

Names and Dates of Birth for all parties you are adding to this form. (including youth 3 years old and up)

Proof of Residency

Adults (over 18) not listed on deed or lease, will need a Photo ID with current New Town® Address.

Piece of mail (postmarked within 30 days) from an accredited source, listing current New Town® address.

OR your current lease agreement terms page

Face Photos (selfies, school photos) of each person who will receive a pool pass.

You will have the opportunity to upload photos and proof of residency with the application.

This is our 1st year processing pool passes with our new software. We will work with you to get this completed.

Guest Passes

Guest passes must be purchased online. No cash at the pool.

Pick Up Information

Allow 3-5 days for processing.

You will receive an email when your application is approved.

You WILL have access to the pools while your photo IDs are being printed and mailed to the GA Office.
