Hello New Town Residents,
We currently have several ongoing projects that we wanted to make you aware of:
Obelisk Repair – The bollards have been installed and painted. As soon as the temperatures and weather allow, the concrete posts will be poured, and pavers installed.
Walking Bridge at Koi Pond – Materials have come in and the roof will be replaced as soon as the weather allows.
Rue Royale Mailroom – A technician will be on site Monday, January 23 to repair the door. During this time, you will need to access the mailroom through the rear door.
As soon as we have any additional information regarding these projects, we will let you know.
