Please remember that the leasing or rental of any Residential Unit is subject to the following:
- the lease must be for the entire Residential Unit
- the lease must be for a term of at least 6 months
- all Occupants of the Residential Unit shall comply with the terms and provision of the Declaration and Rules and Regulations.
