The New Town at St. Charles General Assembly is excited to welcome homeowners to our 2026 Annual Town Halls!
Our Annual Town Halls are an opportunity for the Board of Governors and General Assembly Office to connect with homeowners and provide updates on what has been happening throughout New Town. We will share information on community operations, projects and improvements, as well as future plans and priorities for our growing community.
We encourage homeowners to attend their district’s scheduled Town Hall to stay informed and learn more about what is happening throughout New Town and what we are looking forward to in the future.
