The New Town General Assembly would like to remind all residents of the community’s signage requirements for homeowner lots.
Per Section 4.14 – Signage of the New Town Rules and Regulations, political signage may be displayed within three weeks prior to a general election, with one sign not exceeding three square feet per face for each political candidate or proposition an Owner wishes to promote.
As an additional reminder, contractor and vendor signs are not permitted on homeowner lots and should be removed. Other signage must be approved by the Architectural Review Board, with the exception of For Sale signs issued by the New Town General Assembly office.
If you currently have political, contractor, vendor, or other unapproved signage displayed on your property, please take a moment to remove it.
Thank you for helping us maintain New Town’s community standards and appearance!
