Residents can report City-related concerns through the City of St. Charles Report a Concern portal.
Please note that concerns are no longer submitted directly through the City’s website. When selecting the Report a Concern option, you will now be directed to a separate portal to submit your request.
The portal can be used to report a variety of City-related concerns, including:
- Traffic concerns, including requests for signage
- Sidewalk concerns
- Street and roadway concerns
- General City upkeep and maintenance concerns
